Dear Madams, Dear Sirs: “Many children have tried to re-enact the tsunami or the earthquake when they play”, reports Sister Caelina, director of the children’s home in Ichinoseki and project partner of Malteser International, the relief service of the Order of Malta for worldwide humanitarian aid. The Franciscan nun described the children’s situation in an interview and explained that they have to be cared for under difficult conditions.
