With our today’s press release we would like to update you with regard to the situation of the Ichinoseki children home after the severe aftershock which hit Japan yesterday shortly before midnight (local time). “The most important is that nobody in our children’s home was injured. However, further parts of our home are now uninhabitable”, reports Sister Caelina Mauer, director of the children’s home. The 55 children living in the home at present had to move together even closer in one part of the building, where it is still relatively safe for them to stay in case of further aftershocks…
